What happened to ShayCo 3D Printing?

ShayCo Solutions has been a prominent figure within the 3D printing community around Australia for the past three years. Our passion for design, fabrication and customer satisfaction has fuelled our desire to tap into the wearable market.

Warranty & Returns

All items sold under ShayCo Solutions is covered by a 12 month international warranty. ShayCo reserves the right to determine whether any warranty claim is refundable or replaceable.

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) all goods sold within Australia are covered under warranty for the general life of the product. This however excludes the following:

1.  Damages caused by everyday use (including scratching and scuffing),

2. Physical damage (such as cracked screens and liquid damage).

3. The watch has not been opened, tampered with, or used in any way other than its intended purpose.

Returns are excepted within 14 days of purchase if the consumer is not happy with their received product. Postage back to the ShayCo warehouse is to be covered by the consumer. 

Shipping

ShayCo Solutions offers standard express shipping at a flat rate of $11.50 across all items for all deliveries within Australia. Shipping outside Australia is subject to further quotation. 

ShayCo also offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $60.00 AUD.

Privacy Policy

When purchasing a ShayCo timepiece or accessory, we have to collect certain Personal Information. For your peace of mind, we have outlined how and why your information is collected. 

 

What personal information is collected?

  • ShayCo will collect your: name, contact number, email address and home or delivery address

 

How is it collected?

  • This information will be collected only at two occasions:

    • When completing a purchase on the ShayCo website; and 

    • If you choose to register your timepiece with ShayCo

 

Why is it collected?

  • We collect this information to complete transactions on the ShayCo website and deliver your products 

 

  • The registration of timepiece is optional and does not act as your agreement to receive marketing material. The registration feature documents the serial number of your timepiece with your name in an official ShayCo ledger 

 

  • We may also send you direct marketing materials our marketing email (hello@shayco.com.au). This will only be sent through to the email address provided. You will have an opt-out option at the bottom of these emails.

 

To whom is it disclosed?

  • We do not disclose your personal details to external organisations or persons not involved in the completion of your transaction. This information will only be disclosed to the extent necessary to fully complete your transaction. As such, third party service providers, such as delivery drivers, will receive such information.

  • Within ShayCo, your information will be disclosed to the following: 

    • Employees; and 

    • Any bodies or persons to whom ShayCo assets are transferred 

 

Security of your information

  • ShayCo stores your information electronically (off-line) and/or on the servers of third party service providers. These are secure storage facilities and will not be continued 

    • Wix.com is our main host for data and their privacy policy can be viewed on their website at: https://www.wix.com/about/privacy.

  • Your Personal Information will be held by ShayCo for a necessary period of time to fulfil business operations obligations. 

Pre-Order Policy

BLACK by ShayCo puts the latest season's watches on pre-order from time to time. This ensures that you can receive the latest watches, faster.

Customers can also enjoy exclusive discounts on these watches in return for their patience.

ShayCo reserves the right to:

1. Cancel the pre-order period at any given point, in which case all customer's will be entitled to store credit or a refund equaling their deposited amount.

2. Change the pre-order price without prior notice.

FAQs

When will my order ship?

Once payment is verified, your order will be shipped via express postage within 24 hours. Please note that this does not include public holidays or weekends.

For same day dispatch, payments must also be made prior to 10am AEST.

 

Is my watch water resistant?

 

Yes, it sure is. However, that leather band is not. 

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to import taxes and duties (generally 20%). ShayCo cannot control these rates, and is therefore not responsible for any additional charges required for customs clearance. Policies will vary from country to country, and ShayCo recommends the customer makes themselves aware of this prior to purchasing from us.
